**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is looking for a Talent Manager to join our team and support recruitment for non-technical roles for our headquarters in Seattle, WA. As a **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Talent Manager, youll have the opportunity to make a massive impact on the growth and culture of the organization. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience using traditional and emerging platforms to identify, recruit, and close top tier candidates. If you are a self-starter, routinely think outside of the box, and possess a can-do attitude, this is the place for you! You will use your expertise and knowledge in building sourcing and recruiting strategies to help our hiring managers build their teams.
Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through close for a variety for positions. Primary focus will be on high volume, entry level Sales roles (though you will work across a variety of roles and disciplines).
Engage in passive candidate generation; attend networking sessions, conferences, meetings to engage with applicants
Partner closely with our Co-founders, hiring managers and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. business partners
Work with our existing team to build processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent
Keep our hiring bar quality high and be a talent consultant to hiring managers
Help us improve and scale the candidate experience
Conduct phone screens and participate in interviews
Maintain accurate candidate notes in our applicant tracking system
Establish and track a pool of passive candidates through partnership with Technical Talent Manager
Complete background checks
Special recruitment projects as required
Partner with agencies on occasion and run point with recruitment partners as needed
Make recommendations for candidate pipeline generation and process improvement
Collaborate with the HR team and leadership to evolve recruiting strategies
3 years experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Excitement to work at a startup and to build and iterate on existing processes
Strong communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization
