Description JOB SUMMARY: Protects company assets and provides a safe environment for our employees and guests at the nightclub and showrooms. Greet all guests promptly and courteously. Check dress-code issues, check all ID, survey crowds and ensure guest safety. Manage any intoxicated or unruly guests and assist in all emergency procedures. Be attentive and present at all times while on shift. Greet all guests with a smile and friendly, warm greeting. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the safety and well-being of guests and fellow employees. Gives directions and provides escort to customers in need. Provides assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court and other administrative hearings. Provides first aid, including CPR when necessary. Patrols all sections of property to identify safety hazards and breaks in security. Interviews, investigates and documents all applicable incidents in accordance with company policy. Makes lost and found detailed descriptions of people and incidents. Enforces all company policies and procedures. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: u00b7Must be 21 years of age or older. High school graduate or equivalent is required Two years experience in a position with direct guest contact required Prefer individual with two years police, military police, or casino security experience Prior experience is a position with direct guest contact is preferred. Ability to manage several tasks at once Must possess good oral and written communication skills along with a good working knowledge of basic computer programs Must be able to obtain and possess a Nevada Gaming Card, an Alcohol Awareness Card (AES), First Aid & CPR certifications, and have a current and valid Nevada Driveru2019s License. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift Must present a well groomed appearance. Must undergo eight (8) hours of ASP (baton) training Must be able to prepare effective written reports Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team Employee Status :Regular
