This includes the development of a clear and strong talent agenda, solid succession bench and a sustainable pipeline of talent to support the continuous growth and evolution of the business. The incumbent will work closely with senior executives, VP Talent Management, HR Directors, HRBPs and Talent Managers from other regions and business units to develop a robust talent strategy. This will include the development of detailed build and buy strategy for the region\/function. He \/She will be responsible for the effective and timely roll out of talent programs and processes to support talent development. Job Responsibilities Support the development and help in driving the TM strategy Coach leaders and HR partners within the region, helping to build a Talent Management mindset and agenda Deploy Talent Management process within the Business unit\/ region: communicate and ensure implementation of all Performance Appraisal, Talent Review , Career Review, Employee Development campaigns and Low Performer Management. Manage development programs that support the people and talent strategy for the Business Unit. Harmonize different talent practices within Business unit to create consistency throughout the organization. Ensure a Build & Buy plans are available. Collaborate closely with Global Talent Management for further execution Enhance\/enable mobility to\/from other entities in order to develop global leaders Collaborate and deploy Leadership & Supply Chain offering within Business unit Support in building the training offer: suggest career evolutions, identity leadership trainings needs Ensure right focus on Diversity (Gender\/Nationality) within the Talent Pool Manage multiple projects, programs and participate in corporate and cross-functional teams as needed. Build Talent Management capabilities in all GSC NAM managers Qualifications This job might be for you if have: 10 years of experience in a strategic business, HR or Organizational Development role. Experience in working in a complex organization with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders Strong strategic thinking skills and capability Demonstrated knowledge and skills in change management, assessment, career development & learning & development will be an advantage Demonstrated competency in project management skills Experience in the design and implementation of Talent Management processes Strong communications skills \u2013 verbal and written, relationship management skills and a team player. Knowledgeable in HR Tools and processes Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Able to work across all levels of the organization, from leadership to frontline staff.
