Title: Location ManagerDepartment: VP Application Business UnitReports to: Application Business Unit Vice President \\ PresidentJob Objective:We are looking for a professional Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all store location operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Successful candidates will have an understanding of Business Management and direct experience in the Agricultural field.Responsibilities:• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.• Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations• Organizes, plans, and implements inventory activity• Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed• Provides guidance to employees• Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.• Oversee entire company offering, including parts sales and service, while upholding to the company’s mission statement.• Responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the store location(s) and at the same time achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.• Supervise and control workload of the managers.• Handle high profile customer complaints pertaining.• Develops performance standards for all store employees.• Ensure that profit and customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.• Monitor individual performance via observation and review of various productivity metrics. • Develops sound recruiting techniques to hire and retain the most qualified personnel.• Ensures that all store departments have the right amount of personnel to cover their needs and works with managers and HR in the hiring and termination process.• Counsels and disciplines as necessary. • Develops and maintains a productive work team.• Provides feedback to location managers and employees on a regular basis. • Ensures compliance of quality initiatives.• Ensures that all health and safety regulations are being followed.• Develops and implements processes that ensure prompt billing and collections of warranty and customer work.Job Specifications:• 4-year bachelor degree and\/or 5-years of management experience preferred.• Preferred high-level of competency in the Agricultural Service, Parts and Sales areas.• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.• Ability to learn and utilize business application software.• Strong written and oral communication skills.• Ability to create and maintain a strong work team.• Excellent supervisory, communication and leadership skills.• Must be very detail oriented and self-motivated. • Works well in collaboration with others. • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently. • Positive attitude with an enthusiastic, can-do outlook.Compensation:Negotiable - ($50,000 - $75,000) depending on experience.Excellent benefits - Medical, Dental, Optical, Life, Health Extended Coverage, 401(k), Profit Sharing, Vacation, Holiday, Sick and Personal time.DISCLAIMER:This job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities.
