We’re looking for a smart, passionate Talent Manager to join our People team. You’ll be responsible for hiring, engaging and developing extraordinary talent,
partnering closely with our EVP of People, and employees at every level.
Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the client organization and the business. Build effective and productive working relationships at all levels.
Drive full-cycle recruiting to fill a high volume of positions across a diverse group of business units.
Provide exceptional candidate, and hiring manager experience with a high sense of urgency.
Leverage a diverse set of sourcing tools including Boolean search, social media, LinkedIn, and local networking events.
Ensure hiring team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
Manage candidate process. Evaluate skill level, manage and negotiate offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer letter generation.
Maintain required detail for candidate record and job records in relevant systems and compile reports for internal stakeholders as required.
Create, organize, and implement
all aspects of employee engagement programs.
Develop and execute employee engagement surveys. Manage survey implementation, and provide analysis and presentation of the results.
Ensure programs are meeting the needs of the rapidly growing business, and propose solutions for improving effectiveness.
Maintain a pulse on employee morale and engagement, continuously identifying opportunities to create meaningful employee experiences.
Partner with EVP of People to develop and implement company-wide performance management programs that drive continuous feedback.
Perform needs analysis across multiple departments and develop solutions for talent development needs.
Coordinate and execute training programs and initiatives. Maintain vendor relationships and related tools.
Must have 4 years’ experience as a TALENT manager in a rapidly growing business.
Experience in a variety of HR facets including talent acquisition, learning & development, organizational development
Great interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills will support your efforts to engage with people at all levels, from Assistants to Executives.
Self-direction, detail orientation, and great problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative partner approach, hands on- will do whatever is needed
Flexible and accommodating of shifting priorities and responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with HR systems, including ATS, HRMS and related technologies.
Competent in full suite of MS Office- advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
