Job DescriptionDirectly manage a team of 14 Line Producers (LPs), who are accountable to lead the live show, direct all production personnel, and execute HSN's sales and production strategies. Must Haves An Undergraduate degree in communications, business, marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience 10 years of Live TV experience Working knowledge of live broadcast operations and terms Excellent management and supervisory skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Ability to resolve problems related to a live broadcast environment Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to perform basic/advanced math calculations Ability to comprehend and apply complex information Ability to concentrate for long periods of time Ability to differentiate between colors Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to partner and work effectively with colleagues Self-motivated with comprehensive prioritization skills Ability to access and enter information quickly and accurately using computer applications Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to sit for extended periods of time Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of \must haves\.
