Duties/Responsibilities

Establish a partner marketing program framework and drive the implementation of the program, including identifying, recruiting and on-boarding key partners, as well as building and maintaining relationships with relevant partner contacts

Define, drive and manage the channel marketing strategy for our indirect channels (Processors, Gateway Providers, Acquirers, ISOs, VARs, Distributors) including managing budgets, planning and executing joint sell-through marketing campaigns, and measuring/reporting on results

Collaborate with Marketing Programs Manager and Sales teams to develop and execute regional and account-based marketing programs that target a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webinars) and delivery mechanisms (email, direct mail); must be able to clearly articulate a market-specific value proposition and tailor it to fit a variety of program requirements

Determine sales enablement needs and work cross-functionally with Corporate Marketing, External Communications, and Product Management to develop tools, a la carte “programs in a box”, training and content

Implement periodic Sales/Marketing roundtables to communicate and educate Sales regarding new and planned marketing activities, gather insights from the field, share results from previous/ongoing programs, and improve overall Sales/Marketing alignment

Define, manage and support events with customers, partners, and prospects to build the brand, develop sales pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships; collaborate with Corporate Marketing Specialist to ensure all event logistics are executed on time and within budget; evaluate industry events and programs for their ability to generate sales interest and pipeline acceleration

Identify systems and/or external resources/vendors/contractors needed to achieve field and channel marketing goals; serve as the primary owner of all field/channel-related systems and vendors

Produce a weekly update for all indirect channel marketing activities to be included in the primary Marketing Highlights Report for the management team

Establish key performance indicators, develop benchmarks, and regularly analyze all field and channel marketing campaigns; identify opportunities, develop insights and provide recommendations for campaign optimization

Communicate proactively to all levels of management and all necessary stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics

Key Performance Objectives/Indicators:

Increased Sales/Marketing alignment

Implementation of channel marketing framework and buy-in from all key internal/external stakeholders

Increased on-boarding of channel partners within Partner Marketing Program & portal; increased engagement of tools and materials within portal

Increased leads/opportunities/closed-wins from channel marketing and account-based marketing programs

Successful planning and execution of field marketing/sales events/trade shows

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have supervisory responsibility.

Job Requirements:

Required Education / Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or equivalent experience

6-8 years of field and/or channel marketing experience for a B2B technology company with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results

Proven experience developing joint marketing programs with channel partners that drive sales results in a collaborative, strategic manner

Portfolio of successful regional account-based marketing programs that have generated demand, accelerated sales pipeline, and increased revenue

Experience running field marketing event campaigns, following up on leads with Sales and reporting on campaign results

Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results

Ability to quickly learn Ingenico Group’s lines of business, products and services, along with the industries, segments and channels we support

Understanding of the payments industry is a plus but not required

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout 75% of the day. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. This position requires the constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator; copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with both internal and external clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
