This position will be responsible for greeting guests upon them entering the Diamond lounge, swiping the guest\u2019s card for entry, checking all guest I.D.\u2019s, seating guest and assisting with maintaining the appearance of the Diamond lounge, keeping the Diamond lounge fully stocked with snack and food items and keeping the area neat and clean. Job Description: JOB ESSTENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values Greet VIP players immediately, provide a \u201cWarm Welcome\u201d and register guest in to the Lounge Seat guest in appropriate section while maintaining seating charts Anticipate and provide for guest needs in advance of request Provide personalized service for our Diamond and Seven Star players; know their preferences for services Responsible for departmental, company and brand performance standards Work well with in-house departments and outside vendors Proactive with incidents and issues ensuring resolution with employees and guests and communicate any issues to the Food Service Supervisor immediately Maintain high standards of courtesy, hospitality, friendliness, professionalism and always maintain an upbeat, positive attitude Informed about all property and brand events, initiatives, products and services focused on and\/or relating to VIP\u2019s and other casino players Other duties as required for personal and staff to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers Set-up host station at beginning of shift, completed daily reports at end of shift Assist service staff with bussing, clearing, resetting tables and serving drinks when needed Adhere to a regulatory, departmental and company policies\/procedures in an ethical manner Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required Six months customer service experience preferred Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skill: Must have great customer service, employee relations, and individual\/teamwork skills Excellent phone, organization and time management skills Pleasant, outgoing disposition Must be able to assist in all service related interactions as well as conflict resolution when necessary Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to attend to multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and to be adaptable Attention to detail Knowledge of CMS, LS, or\/and EMS is preferred PHYISCAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to operate in stressful situations Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items Must be able to read, write and understand English Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time Must be able to tolerate area containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds and air quality including second hand smoke Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
