Job Title: Customer Support
Location: ATLANTA, GA 30308
Job Duration: 1 year contract
To support MDM applications for MobileIron, Airwatch, Toggle and McAfee.
Need to have experience with Support Business Clients.
Experience supporting 24x7 either on-call or shift work.
In addition to troubleshooting the MDM application candidate will also be responsible for Administering the MDM application on behalf of the customer.
Ticket Management (Open, Update, Track, Route, Close)
Troubleshoot Application Download Issues
Troubleshoot Device – Application Configuration issues
Troubleshoot Device Enrollment Issues
Troubleshoot Device – Server Internetworking
Troubleshoot MDM Platform Availability Issues
