Job Title: Manager - Box Office (Shorline Amphitheatre)
Location: San Francisco, CA, USA
Hire, train and supervise box office staff on ticketing system, policies, procedures and guest service.
Build and maintain all events on computerized ticketing system for all Shoreline Amphitheatre and Live Nation events at other venues, as assigned
Work with accounting department and management to provide accurate reporting of all ticket sales, receipts and deposits.
Collaborate with booking, marketing, sponsorship, artist management and/or touring office to set-up events, place holds, process orders, and manage inventory in a timely fashion.
Responsible for ordering, accounting and depositing of cash, including box office and parking receipts, talent cash, ATM machines, etc.
Follow box office management procedures to comply with internal audits.
Work closely with Premium Seat Sales department
Process in-house ticket requests.
Act as box office representative at events.
Respond to patron issues and provide excellent guest service.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Four to six years of box office experience; at least 3 years as a manager.
Knowledge of the Ticketmaster Host and Archtics system.
Experienced using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to work nights and weekends.
Some travel required and ability to drive with own, dependable, transportation a must.
