IGT is hiring for a Professional Services Consultant Level II to support our clients throughout the US: With a primary focus in Advantage Patron Management (Marketing/Player Loyalty Operations), Casino Bonusing, and/or Table Games Operations This position can be located in Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV or Gulfport, MS but will have frequent and extended travel, both domestic and international; mandatory on average 50% up to 80% (could be out 3-4 weeks at a time on location). First Year Goals • Provide Mentoring and Training to IGT Staff and Casino Operators on IGT products, requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.• Technical responsibilities include problem identification, software specification and/or design, configuration & implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. • Must be able to work with Product Management, Engineering, Course Development and Technical Training Support Services in regards to Product Development, documentation and internal communications, training and mentoring.• Participate in the development of services delivery documentation as well as support material and courses• May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.• Performance is typically measured by the capture of the consulting engagement and/or delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education required• Three (3) to five (5) years related casino/gaming experience required. • Technical aptitude, professional presentation skills, and superior customer service skills required• Ability to obtain required licensing documents and approvals for domestic and international travel required.• Experience with Windows products (Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook).• Knowledge of SQL, SAP, e-learning a plus• Experience with course development and training methodologies for technical content preferred.• On- and off-site training logistics• Communication skills (listening, constructive feedback, conflict resolution, writing, presentation)•Every candidate applying must have one or more casino operations experience in the following: • Patron Management or Similar Casino Player Loyalty Software (Marketing/Player Loyalty Operations) • Player Bonusing – Analysis Software/Operations • Table Manager or Table Games Software/Operations • Casino Cage Software/Operations Preferred Qualifications • IGT systems experience preferred Special requirements needed Security Investigation Keys To Success • Drive results to achieve high-quality work results regardless of work complexity.• Build collaborative relationships both internally and externally• Decision making to identify and understand situations; identify opportunities to proactively resolve.• Personal energy to proactively address situations and adopt a positive approach; resilience in front of change and obstacles.• Self-leadership to continuously learn and develop oneself• Foster innovationposting code: ~cb~ #LI-KK1 .
