I need a cartoonist
Initially, i need a single frame, single human character illustration / cartoon. Humorous, surreal, absurd, similar style to The Oatmeal (ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE)
Initial image needed is of a youngish man in a tuxedo, standing at a top table at a wedding, looking flustered with expletives coming out of his mouth.
Once the character is developed, I am looking to create a series of images with the illustrator based on the same character.
