The resulting creation of wealth will grow opportunities for all.Duties and Responsibilities:nExtends complimentary items and services to our guests by analyzing a guest’s play that is within the established guidelinesnRecruits new mid and high level players through various marketing activities such as direct mailers, telemarketing, referrals, on-floor monitoring of play and off-site functionsnAttracts, develops and maintains relationships with target customers through the delivery of personalized servicenGreets and hosts target customers while on propertynEnsures and promotes target customers have a player’s club card in use while on propertynArranges for appropriate level of complementries during visitnArranges and assures execution of special servicesnUtilizes HMS as a tool to document, track, and develop pipelinenAppropriately resolves/deters customer complaintsnConducts phone marketing to target customers; Invites them to the property or to special eventsnMarkets and fills promotional events, both hosted and casino relatednCreates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer winsnMust attain goals to meet company objectivesnOther duties and responsibilities as assignednRequirementsJob Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying) nHigh School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employmentnMust be twenty-one (21) years of age or oldernOne (1) year of Player Development experience– requirednnOR Five (5) years’ experience in a quota based sales position– requirednnnOR One (1) year working in Hotel, Casino Concierge/Casino Marketing, or Player Services position with WCH– requirednnnnMust successfully pass job interview, including a guest service auditionnMust possess great communication, both written and verbal, and organizational skillsnMust be friendly, highly energized and self-motivated nMust be able to achieve production goals and work in a high-pressure environmentnAble to handle guest service issues in a professional manner and recovering guests for future visitsnMust be able to work independently, as well as part of a teamnMust be able to stand and/or walk for entire shiftnMust work very flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidaysnWilling to travel and participate in training as recommended or requirednMust have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this positionnMust have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environmentnNATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE IN HIRING POLICY SHALL BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMESOn-line applications are accepted at ****For internal employees please submit your Internal Job Posting Form to your property’s Human Resources office.Complaints about the recruitment or selection process for employment should be directed in writing to office of the President and CEO of Wind Creek Hospitality.
