PUBLICITY COORDINATOR
LOS ANGELES
A top entertainment public relations agency is looking for a noteworthy individual to join an innovative team that represents some of the world's most influential musicians, actors, and business entities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Assisting in developing written materials such as press releases, media pitches and media alerts.
• Covering virtual, in-person press and red carpets.
• Creating professional press clips.
• Generating weekly reports.
• Handling misc. administrative tasks.
• Managing schedules and travel.
• Media research .
• Tour press.
Job Requirements: The candidate must:
• Be energetic, organized and computer savvy.
• Be team-player, trustworthy and is willing to give 110% to all tasks.
• Confidentiality is required and also remaining composed in high-pressure environments, as well as be solution oriented.
• Relish being in a fast-paced environment in an industry that is not a 9-5 job.
• Have an interest in entertainment and pop culture, as well as be based in Los Angeles.
• Have 1-2 years of related work experience, and/or multiple internships in entertainment/publicity.
