Looking for an expert in Wordpress who can upgrade the design of our existing site. Existing site sits on PHP and needs an upgrade. The functionality of the site is very good and we want to keep that functionality but also add to it. Most of the front end work is already completed so you will be mainly responsible for finding plugins that will fit our needs installing those plugins, adapting them to fit our needs and insuring the site functions correctly when completed.
If you are selected we will provide you the existing the site, the site under construction and the details of the work needing to be done so you can provide a total bid for the project.
Some of the things we are looking for:
Existing site allows users to submit a request for a service.
That service request is then created on our back end
We then assign members who have different roles to the service requests
Certain users provide notes on the service request multiple times a week to and sends messages to other users assigned to that task for updates
These notifications should go out via 3 ways. 1. site email, mobile text and social media messaging if user has made that applicable.
Also some service requests will go to a group of users for a first serve first come basis to purchase that lead or service request so the site will need to be able to accept funds for that service request.
Please note there are different types of service requests available and each service requests would have different categorized members to receive those requests.
