Crossroads Community Church in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is looking for a part time Director of Music Ministry, about 10 hours per week. This position coordinates and leads the Music Ministry through effectively recruiting, training, and directing musicians at Crossroads to lead people into worship through music at the Sunday morning service as well as at special events.
What you will do:
Lead worship through music during Sunday morning services
Recruit and train worship team members
Cast vision for the music ministry
Work closely with the Lead Campus Pastor to plan music for the weekly services

Our Sheboygan campus has an average attendance of 1,200 adults and 275 children each week. Our Manitowoc Campus has an average attandance of 140 adults and 30 children each week. Crossroads exists to help people connect with God and others at the crossroads of life.
