The Department

The Role:
The CCI Director will support the Head of Consumer and Cultural Insights (CCI) in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Brand Consulting department, providing support across all CCI Clients. This individual should have a general interest in qualitative research, quantitative research, event sponsorships, experiential and grassroots marketing, pop culture, and the entertainment industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:• Develop and deliver strategic vision based on clients' objectives?• Lead overall research, trend application and strategy planning?• Lead overall insights application and strategy framework - • Lead relationship with external partners?• Manage the account team and direct client relationship(s)?• Identify and sell-in new projects and revenue opportunities?
• Ability to understand client's business and consistently apply strategy that address their objectives -
• Ability to build integrated plans?
• Ability to lead, manage and inspire a team?
• Ability to recognize areas of incremental project work and/or sell in new projects?
• Ability to identify value added vendors and manage those relationships and contracts?
Requirements:
• BA/BS from an accredited University or College strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of and passion for research, marketing, events, and brands.
• Experience writing professional reports and professional correspondence.
• 3 years of experience working in a brand strategy or brand research role.
• Self- starter and interested in exploring new business opportunities – someone who is genuinely interested in the event, experiential and field marketing industry.
• Highly flexible, highly organized, and able to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines, and ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong use of PowerPoint required.
• Familiarity in/basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & basic HTML is a plus.
• Collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic problem solver who has a pulse on consumer, tech, digital & social trends.
