Looking for an expert with Python 3 and Django 2 to quickly set up a structure of user accounts for instructors and learners, plus the mechanism to write performance data to a database. The Javascript frontend is already complete and fully functional, and the app is currently deployed on Heroku. No special knowledge of the subject content is required.
