OBJECTIVE
The Central Creative Arts Pastor is responsible for leading a world-class creative team of Worship Arts and Technical Arts staff and Core Team volunteers serving across four campuses in Middle TN and online at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. In addition, the Creative Arts Director is responsible for providing leadership and vision in planning, conducting, and evaluating a comprehensive weekend worship experience and additional worship driven events.

EXPECTATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide visionary leadership for the Worship Arts Team and worship development at all campuses.
- Put systems in place that empower staff to enlist, hire, recruit, equip, and train all personnel, both volunteer and paid, to accomplish all tasks necessary to have an effective, vibrant Worship Ministry.
- Supervise and shepherd Worship Arts Team staff, including Worship Pastors and Tech Directors.
RESPONSIBILITIES (CONTINUED)
- Oversee all special events and special day programs including Nights of Worship, Christmas Concerts, Christmas services, Good Friday, and Easter Services.
- Plan, create, coordinate, and oversee a comprehensive budget for the Worship Arts Team.
- Oversee and assist in execution of annual Worship Arts Team goals.
- Oversee and assist in stage design technical elements including sermon/event themes and ongoing brand consistency.
- Oversee and assist in creating intellectual properties (RH Worship) in support of teaching series and overall mission of RHCC.
- Lead Series Creative meetings to plan the schedule of services and sermon series.
- Oversee and assist in the coordination of volunteer fellowship and training events at all campuses.
- Serve as a member of the Lead Team.
- Lead Worship Team brainstorming meetings, planning/programming meetings, weekly weekend review meetings, supervisory one-on-one meetings, managerial one-on-one meetings, Lead Team meetings, weekly staff prayer times, monthly All-Staff meetings, and other meetings as needed.
- Participate in RHCC services and special events.
- Embrace and fully support the vision of RHCC to fulfill the Great Commission with integrity and passion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a strong knowledge of the rudiments of worship and music, as well as the techniques involved in leading Worship.
- A decisive leader who can make decisions in a timely manner that reflect the values and vision of Rolling Hills and communicate these decisions clearly throughout the Worship Arts Team.
- A cultural sponge with a superior knowledge of the Christian music field who can think outside of the box and ensure our worship style is relevant for our audience, and ever evolving, to reach new people for Christ.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and creativity skills in planning, organizing, and implementing.
- The ability to enlist and train workers, both volunteer and paid.
- Ability to supervise the Worship Arts Team and volunteers.
- A champion for our Lead Pastor, who will work alongside him to establish, grow, and protect our worship culture and DNA.
- A degree in music (preferred) and a demonstrated calling to lead others in worshiping the Lord Jesus Christ.
