Profile

Employees should expect to perform any of the following duties as requested by supervisor. This position reports to Operations Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate.
On-site representative on behalf of Employer.
Responsible for closing the facility
Responsible for tracking and recording a variety of supplied services.
Performs daily checks, logging campus activity.
Monitors client office personnel, construction crews and various departments to ensure operational compliance.
Works closely with security to ensure parking, fire lane and overall operational compliance.
Able to work 10 – 12 hour workdays when requested.
Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
Performs building maintenance including painting, changing lights and minor repairs.
When necessary, performs required preventative maintenance for the facility.
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Operates forklifts and boom lifts (will train).
Familiar with power hand tools i.e drill, circular saw, angle grinder and reciprocating saw.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
SALARY: $15.00 per hour.
