Job Description: The Associate Producer (News) will be responsible for assisting with the execution of the continuous, multifaceted daily operations of the programming department ensuring compliance with broadcast standards, policies and relevant federal/ state laws and regulations. They will work primarily in the News Department assisting in production of the Early Morning News Program
Overnight Weekday Shift 1am - 9am. *Please do not apply if you cannot work these shifts*
Notable Responsibilities
Responsible for picking stories from News sked and building a show rundown for the Early Morning News
Writing content for segments
Write business report
Responsible for producing audiograms
Qualifitcations
At least 2 years of production experience
At least 1 year of radio board operating experience
At least 1 year of journalist experience
Associates Degree preferred
