OFFICE MANAGER
We are a top Los Angeles based Entertainment Public Relations firm seeking an Office Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
• Managing office security.
• Liaising with building management for bi-coastal offices.
• Handling Covid related protocols.
• Updating staff-related documents.
• Arranging meeting preparation
• Mail services.
• Supply orders.
• Coordinating hiring submissions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must live in the Los Angeles area and be able to work in the office on a daily basis.
