As the Facilities Coordinator at our Carrollton plant, you will lead all coordinating of services and contractors needed daily. Read on for more details! Key Responsibilities n Provide safety training to contractors and be the site contact for all contractors. Lead all aspects of the janitorial services and supply reordering for the plant. Responsible for maintaining the PPE room/office supply room and requisitioning PPE supplies as needed. Management of all landscaping and lawn services. Maintaining the position of Parts and Services runner. Scheduling maintenance related activities (boilers inspections, HVAC servicing and repairs, fire systems, etc.) Responsible for monthly Inspections - First aid room, fire extinguishers, safety showers, waste areas, air horns, etc. Sourcing vendors/contractors for small projects and acquiring quotes for time and materials. Qualifications n High School Diploma required. 1-3 years of experience working within a facility coordinating activities. Must have Microsoft knowledge with familiarity in Excel.
