The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end process of transforming complex product requirements into visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces. As a member of the Product Development team, the UI/UX Designer will collaborate to continuously improve the quality and innovation of the user interface for products and enterprise systems.
What You'll Do
• Create superior user experiences through the design of elegant interfaces.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to create sketches, wireframes, Figma mockups, or interactive prototypes to support early product concepts and ideas.
• Design clean, usable workflows for complex processes.
• Design Web application user interfaces that are on-brand, visually attractive, and cohesive.
• Create production-quality visual assets and icons for the development teams.
• Present and revise your design ideas through design reviews and subsequent iterations.
• Help define and implement interface usability and consistency standards.
• Assist with defining the information architecture and taxonomy of Web applications.
• Provide design guidance for creative deliverables across the organization.
What You'll Need
• Minimum of three years of hands-on design and implementation of business solutions supported by IT.
• A passion for UI and Web design trends.
• Advanced understanding of Web usability, interaction design, and information architecture.
• At least three years experience working in UI/RIA and design for the Web.
• Extensive experience in Figma producing designs and prototypes that incorporate auto-layout and components
• Extensive experience in Adobe Photoshop producing pixel-perfect screen designs.
• Experience in creating UI wireframes using tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, OmniGraffle, or Illustrator.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, Java a plus.
• Grasp of underlying Web application technologies and their limitations: JavaScript (and libraries such as JQuery), XML, Salesforce, XSLT, and DOM
• Highly effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
