Agronomy Location Manager Job

Profile

A very successful Ag operation is looking to bring on a Agronomy Location Manager
to oversee a facility in the area. This position is with a fantastic company that offers an excellent compensation and full benefit package.
Agronomy Location Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and direction of facility operations
Manage facility recordkeeping including internal financial and customer production and financial records
Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
Manage location risk including compliance with regulations, safety and emergency response training and ongoing site inspections.
Agronomy Location Manager Requirements:
B.A. in agriculture or business or 5 years' related experience preferre
Basic agronomy knowledge and skills (insect, weed and disease identification, fertility)
Financial knowledge including reading and understanding financial statements
Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressure
Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
Have a 1A and Category 14 license
