Assistant to CEO and development/production - **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
Seeking an executive assistant to support the CEO of a contemporary studio.
This EA will also provide scheduling assistance to the internal development and production entities.
Due to the nature and volume of work, this position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of personal or entry-level assistant experience and a minimum of at least one recommendation.
High-end literary/talent agency experience and basic knowledge of writers, directors, etc. Ideal candidates should have experience rolling calls, managing multiple calendars, interfacing with internal team members and high profile clients, project research, tracking, and exceptional note-taking abilities. This position is multifaceted and requires an individual who is self-motivated, hard-working, incredibly organized, confident and reliable in a fast-paced environment, and optimistic. All interviews will be conducted remotely. While the position currently remains remote, we require that the individual be LA-based and flexible should any in-person tasks arise.
