Responsibilities
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Philadelphia is seeking an associate producer/editor to create, edit and write compelling content for multiple studio programs. In this role, this individual will understand priorities, make quick decisions, communicate across multiple groups and work under tight deadlines to deliver produced video in a variety of manners.
We are located in the Wells Fargo Center, one of the busiest arenas in the world, is home of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League, the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association, and the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League.
• Write, edit and publish content including highlights, sound, packages and entire shows using iNEWS and Avid Media Composer, as well as utilizing Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Viz Libero
• Segment & Show Produce on various programs, providing innovative ideas for analyst breakdowns & entertaining segments
• As scheduled produce show and sports segments for both **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Philadelphia programs and NBC10 sports segments
• Understanding how to work in a control room environment, including segmenting out live and taped programming
• Knowledge of how to build graphics/banners/full screens in iNEWS
• Conduct interviews, research & write stories/highlights
• Provide relevant & innovative feature story ideas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sports production environment
• Ability to work effectively under deadline
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Television Sports Production
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• MUST be able to work nights, weekends, holidays & an adjustable, team-based schedule
• MUST have extensive knowledge of Philadelphia area Sports Teams & National Sports
